Cancellation
Policy
  • Full refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to stay;
  • 50% refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to stay;
  • No refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to stay during peak and listed holidays.
Security
  • Security Guard on premises at night (6 p.m. to 6 a.m.).
Staff Staff leaves at night after 8 p.m. unless otherwise requested.
Activities There are many activities to enjoy at Sunspot, including swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, golf, tennis and horseback riding.
Air
Conditioning		 All Bedrooms have Air Conditioning and Ceiling Fans.
Car Rentals Can be made through HERTZ, AVIS, NATIONAL, and other local car rental agencies at the airport and in Runaway Bay. (see the Transportation section of the General Information page for further details.)
Food The staff will prepare all meals, snacks and drinks, however, food and alcohol are not included in the rental. Prior to your arrival, the staff will do a limited amount of shopping on your behalf at the local store. When you arrive there will be snacks and a prepared meal, and the following morning we will also provide breakfast, both free of charge. The staff will discuss your complete meal requirements with you upon your arrival. (see the Food section of the General Information page for further details.)
