Sunspot Villa can be rented with 3 or 4 bedrooms, and the price varies accordingly. We require a deposit to hold a booking, and have a straight forward cancellation policy.

Deposit Required
50% of booking price required to confirm reservation.
Full balance due no later than 30 days prior to stay.
$500 fully refundable security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to stay.
50% refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to stay.
No refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to stay during high season and listed holidays.
Occupancy
Additional charge of $250 per person over 8 people.
Maximum occupancy 10 persons.
Please discuss occupancy details with us for parties over 10 people.

4 Day Minimum rental.

Security
Security guard on premises nightly from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Staff
The staff arrives in the morning at 7:30 AM and leaves in the evening after dinner around 6:00-7:00PM unless otherwise requested.
Food & Beverage
Food and Alcohol are not included in rental price.
The Staff will prepare all meals, snacks & drinks during your stay at Sunspot.
We will provide you with a food & drink pre-stocking form prior to your arrival and those items will be at the villa when you arrive. The staff will do the shopping on your behalf. When you arrive there will be snacks and a prepared meal.
The staff will discuss your complete meal requirements with you upon your arrival.
All food & beverage bills MUST be paid in full prior to guest checkout.
Guests will be provided all receipts by staff.
